Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Device is in its original condition with no scratches, damage, or signs of misuse
- Original box is intact and undamaged
- All included accessories, charging cables, and documentation are present
- For the Sculpvara Conduction Serum — the product must be unused or only minimally tested. Serums that have been used beyond a minor initial test will not be accepted for return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Sculpvara is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Devices showing any physical damage, scratches, or signs of misuse
- Returns missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Serums used beyond a minimal test amount
- Items marked as final sale
