Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Sculpvara orders ship free. Once your order is placed, our team inspects and prepares your device for dispatch within 1–3 business days. We ship via DAP express courier (DHL/UPS) with full tracking to your door. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Additional regions coming soon.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Each Sculpvara Sculpt undergoes a quality inspection before dispatch.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched. These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping Cost

All orders ship free with tracking included. No minimum purchase required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your notification. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking update, please contact us.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. Sculpvara has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By purchasing from Sculpvara, you consent that your package may be subject to customs fees upon arrival.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Sculpvara is not liable if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping address before completing your order. If we have made an error on our end, we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no additional charge.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at sculpvara@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Note: We strongly recommend all customers use the tracking link provided in their shipping confirmation email. If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Split Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, your products may arrive in separate packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. This is done so you receive items as quickly as possible rather than waiting for the entire order to be ready.
